"I Matter" Community Build
A massive collaborative puzzle build representing intrinsic and community value. Date and venue tied to the IPM 2027 finale weekend. Open to anyone who wants to leave their name on the back of a piece.
"I matter to myself. I matter to you. You matter to me."
A culture statement, not a slogan. The build's content + scale will be designed to be visibly collaborative — no single person's contribution dominates; everyone's piece is part of the whole. Stays on display 30 days post-build.
What it is — by the numbers (placeholder)
Open question: confirm scale + venue capacity. Final stat block will land via lead-organizer planning.
Collaborators, not volunteers
This is a deliberate culture choice. "Volunteer" implies you show up and someone tells you what to do. "Collaborator" means you're part of the build's outcome.
